As part of our service we review your history of exercise and injuries to highlight possible reasons for your issue/s. We also look at your exercise programme/routine to identify whether the volume, frequency or type of exercise is the reason for you visiting Bodifix.

Multiple assessments are used depending on your needs and high-quality Therapy, Functional Rehabilitation and Strength Training is available to remove and then prevent any further injuries.
